The problem is that I'm afraid to upgrade again. I had to roll mine back (aaaaarrrggghh!) to 8.1 but now it works. The salespeople know and will tell you that OF COURSE you can connect the Spectre x360 to the internet with a usb-ethernet adapter, but "customer service" doesn't know why it's not working and they are mostly just making up answers.Īpparently the problem is with the Windows 10 upgrade. This second one came from Hewlett Packard. I also have a second adapter for usb 2.0, and it works also. I have a Spectre x360 and it is connected to the internet via usb 3.0 ethernet adapter right now.
